Share Skipton at Eco Day

Skipton Rotary Club ran its first Skipton Eco Day, inviting over 20 organisations with an interest in the environment to run activities and share information in Skipton Town Hall. From craft activities, face-painting, a treasure hunt in Skipton Woods to educational activities, there was plenty of family-friendly fun to help raise awareness in the community of the impact on our environment and how we can make a positive change to our environment.

Fiona and Joanna set up a stall with games, information and a selection of the sorts of items we hope to have available in the Library of Things, while promoting our plans and encouraging visitors to complete our survey.

It was an enjoyable day and great to engage with the community, young and old!
